Job Overview
As an Operations Generalist, you will help execute merchandising and inventory strategies, maintain the facility, stock shelves, work the cash register, and provide an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandise and inventory across the entire pet care center.
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed.
- Process register transactions and create a great customer experience.
- Support guest interactions and animal welfare procedures.
- Complete training programs and participate in special projects.
- Promote a positive culture of teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Adhere to operational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in mathematics and basic accounting.
- Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in animals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary Range
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting rate: $20.76 per hour.
