- Contract to hire based on performance.
- Minimum of 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience at a single company.
- Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft, proofread, and manage high-level communications and presentations
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
- Track and manage priorities, deadlines, and action items across multiple workstreams
- Handle expense reports, vendor coordination, and special projects as needed
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively resolve issues before they arise
- Minimum of 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience at a single company (required)
- Proven ability to support C-level or senior executives in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
