Executive Assistant
Addison Group is partnering with a professional services company seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to C-suite leaders. The organization values professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks for senior executives, including calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel, attending board meetings, and supporting office events. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to C-suite leaders.
- Managing extensive executive calendars, including scheduling and conflict resolution.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel plans.
- Attending board meetings and recording meeting minutes.
- Processing expense reports and tracking expenditures.
- Coordinating office events and preparing meeting logistics.
Qualifications:
- 710 years of experience providing executive support to C-suite leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur expense system.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Bachelor's degree required.
