Your Role:

The Waste Operations Platform Owner (TRUX) oversees all aspects of the TRUX Waste Management Software platform, ensuring it is fully leveraged to optimize hauling, landfill operations, and customer service. This role bridges operations and technology, driving system reliability, integration, and user adoption to support business growth and efficiency.

• Serve as the organization’s TRUX Waste Management Software subject matter expert, ensuring the system is fully utilized across all hauling and landfill operations.
• Partner with operations and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy, smooth workflows, and system-driven efficiencies.
• Administer and support TRUX platform, including configuration, reporting, and end-user support.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with support for escalations and enhancements.
• Work alongside IT and vendors to maintain system and application integrations (ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications).
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and metrics within TRUX to provide operational and financial insights.
• Provide training and support to system users across all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current on TRUX platform updates, waste management technology trends, and industry best practices, advising leadership accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience administering TRUX or other enterprise waste management platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in TRUX Waste Management Software platform administration.
• Experience with system integrations and enterprise application.
