Job Summary

The ideal applicant will be a highly organized team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to plan, multitask, and meet tight deadlines on multiple projects across various states. Responsibilities include attending weekly project meetings, participating in site visits, collaborating with teams, monitoring budgets, and preparing monthly reports, including financial and billing reports.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Preconstruction to prepare, review, and monitor project cost reports and budgets.
  • Manage and finalize project budgets.
  • Understand owner’s contract requirements, including bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, and costs.
  • Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost reductions, and suggest value engineering ideas.
  • Manage subcontracting processes, including scope review, pricing, scope development, and execution.
  • Oversee onsite construction activities, planning operations, and scheduling phases to meet deadlines.
  • Review contract documents with all project stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant work.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project schedules.
  • Maintain a secure, safe, and respectful work environment, implementing safety, EEO, risk management, and quality programs.
  • Uphold integrity and support company values, focusing on exceeding customer expectations.

Education & Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Construction Management.
  • Design/build experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project tools is a plus.
