Merry Maids on the Peninsula is looking for the right individual to join our team. Our business is about people and giving them the gift of time. Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Handle potential customer inquiries and sales over the phone, persuading callers to allow an in-home estimate or to schedule ongoing home cleaning.
  2. Manage new employee onboarding.
  3. Track team learning via our field app.
  4. Assist in operating the Merry Maids 360 computer system, handling employee and customer files.
  5. Address customer concerns professionally, emphasizing follow-up and problem resolution.
  6. Maintain customer files and welcome packets.
  7. Manage customer scheduling conflicts and rescheduling.
  8. Maintain a customer service-driven mentality.
  9. Learn the Merry Maids cleaning process (Cleaning 101).
  10. Close out work orders from the previous day.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Keep the office clean and welcoming at all times.
  2. Contribute positively to the work environment and team effort.
  3. Perform all office functions and other duties as assigned.
  4. Assist with daily laundry and ensure teams have equipment and cleaning cloths for the next day.
  5. Drop off equipment to teams in the field as needed.

Compensation:

$28,000 - $33,000 annually.
