- Location: Blue Ash, Ohio (On-Site)
- Schedule: All shifts available
- Pay: $23.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

- Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying and transporting the correct quantities to the production area, reporting any deviations, and documenting processes.
- Operate processing equipment following detailed instructions and procedures.
- Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operations and maintain desired production rates.
- Perform initial product testing to ensure specifications are met.
- Check labels and packaging materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Package final products in line with H.B. Fuller's high-quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Complete additional duties as requested by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
- HS diploma/GED
- Familiarity with common software programs (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
- Experience in an industrial environment (chemical background preferred) with exposure to mixing or batching processes.
- Basic English comprehension
- Availability to work in shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move freely, including climbing stairs, stretching, and reaching.
- Comfort lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Willingness to work in a chemical manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and odors.
