~My client is a small, but high-performing branch of a global manufacturing company, serving industrial metal products across a variety of industries. This location manufactures specialized components used in energy & hydraulics fields, and due to an internal promotion, is seeking a talented Production Manager to serve as a key leader at the site.
Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all safety practices and procedures are followed consistently.
Plan and assign daily work to meet production goals and delivery schedules.
Oversee repair and inspection processes to ensure high-quality, on-time service.
Coordinate the availability of tooling, materials, and other resources required for production.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and within cost and time targets.
Monitor production schedules and address any delays or issues proactively.
Ensure proper documentation is completed and labor is accurately recorded.
Implement strategies to reduce costs, increase labor and machine productivity, and eliminate waste.
Track and report on key performance metrics related to plant efficiency and output.
Serve as the primary liaison between production teams and site leadership.
Enforce company policies and work rules fairly and consistently.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or management role
At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations
Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, operations, or a related field
Customer-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Annual bonus incentives, typically 7-10%
