Customer Service Representatives typically earn $40,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on individual performance, sales results, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Compensation includes a base salary of $35,000 annually PLUS:
- Commission on all personal sales (0.75%)
- Higher commission rates on select products (up to 7.5%)
- Monthly bonus opportunities for hitting key performance goals

SCHEDULE
- Hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm and every other Saturday from 8am-noon.
- This is a Full-Time Position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
- Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
- Input information into internal proprietary move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves.
- Calmly handle customer concerns always displaying professionalism.
- Prepare move-related documents as necessary.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Must be motivated by exceeding goals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Accurate; consistent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
