Our employees enjoy challenging projects in the development and manufacture of light scattering particle counters and diverse technologies and applications.** *Work with Hiring Managers to finalize job descriptions for recruitment.** *Work closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.** *Coordinate the offer/hiring processes and assist with new employee onboarding. This includes:** *Run background checks, drug screens, reference checks before start date.** *Welcome employees upon hire, providing valuable orientation information as they begin their journey at Particle Measuring Systems, and following up through our 30/60/90-day check-ins.** *Assist the Talent Acquisition team with coordinating our internship program.** *Work on special projects as assigned, including training efforts, policy work, and assistance with employee communications.** *Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.** *This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The location of this position is in Niwot, CO. The remainder of the time you may work from home. These percentages are targets with the actual schedule to be determined in conjunction with the Recruitment team.*- *Competitive base salary range: $46,400 – 71,185 depending upon experience.* * *Our compensation philosophy: we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks.
