Your role Our new Wealth Strategy Associate will play a significant role in our client’s financial and planning needs. This role involves working directly with the Financial Advisors and team associates to prepare client reviews, investment strategy implementation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client‑first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Opportunity to experience a diverse team in PWM, learning how to meet the needs of high‑net‑worth clients
Facilitate the client meeting process by helping the FAs prepare for meetings
Prepare customized reports and presentations for upcoming meetings
Analyze and interpret portfolios and performance reports
Support the service model and client meeting process
Provide technical assistance to clients in navigating online services, financial tools, and digital banking platforms, ensuring a smooth and user‑friendly experience
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Build an understanding of our industry, culture and strategy
Work on strategic projects that have real impact on clients
Perform administrative tasks to support the FAs day‑to‑day business

New York: the salary range for this role is US$75,000 to US$98,000
The expected salary range for this role as of the date of this posting is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team Ridge Crest Investment Partners is a highly functioning, experienced Private Wealth Management team at UBS that strives for world‑class service. We serve individual and institutional clients, advising in all areas of wealth planning and investment management. We are seeking an associate to serve as an integral member of our team by supporting our client service and business development functions.
Your expertise Series 7 and 66 licenses
2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Proficiency, Adobe Acrobat
Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Your extracurricular, internship, and academic experience demonstrates good judgment, effective leadership skills, and a strong work ethic
