Job Title : Account Executive, Business Development
Department : Ticket Sales & Service
Location : On-Site at Phoenix Rising Stadium
Role Type : Full-Time
Reports To : Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service
Job Summary The Account Executive, Business Development role is responsible for selling and servicing the full menu of Phoenix Rising FC ticket options including season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality spaces, and single game tickets.

Responsibilities
Goal-driven mindset to meet or exceed all established activity and sales goals
Proactively make new business sales outreach, including cold and warm calls, to prospective ticket buyers
Complete minimum of 40 phone calls per day, in addition to e-mail and text touchpoints
Sell full menu of ticket options with strong knowledge of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality spaces, single game offers, and single game tickets
Prospect new business opportunities to drive incremental ticket sales revenue
Set and complete current customer and new business in-stadium, out of office, and video call sales appointments
Build relationships with customers with excellent customer service to support connection to their Account Representative, opportunities for up-sell and cross sell, and annual renewal
Participate in outside events, such as sales tables, networking events, and promotional initiatives, as assigned by Phoenix Rising FC
Maintain accurate and updated account records in the ticketing system and CRM
Support game day set up, breakdown, and fan experiences
Competitive mindset to drive individual and team ticket sales initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University required
1 year of sales experience with a professional sports team, stadium, arena, or public assembly facility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
Experience in ticketing and CRM systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience
Ability to handle multiple projects & work in a fast-paced environment
Track record of exceeding goals in a business environment
Team oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
