Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, the Sr. Manager, People & Culture partners with business leaders and employees to support talent development, operational performance, change management, and engagement initiatives. As a strategic HR leader, the Sr. Manager will drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, and support business growth. This role serves as a trusted advisor and change agent, fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Organizational Alignment
Partner with executive leadership to align People & Culture strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and long-term workforce planning. Collaborate with leaders to assess staffing needs and ensure alignment with workforce planning and talent strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Coordinators. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the HR team. Support leaders with employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, performance management, and leadership development. Identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and support continuous learning initiatives. Facilitate engaging trainings, strategic planning sessions, and project team meetings to promote collaboration and execution of People & Culture initiatives. Lead efforts in modernizing performance management, career progression, and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Manage employee relations, resolve disputes, and promote a positive, fair, and equitable working environment. Support initiatives and programs that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks. Collaborate with the People & Culture team on projects related to employment, training, compensation, benefits, organization development, employee relations, and regulatory issues.
HR Technology, Analytics & Reporting
Leverage HR technology and systems (e.g., Workday) to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and deliver data-driven insights; prepare reports and analytics for business leaders.
Other Duties
Represent the company externally as requested. Other duties as assigned.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred Required Experience
Minimum 5-7 years progressive human resources experience People management experience required Solid knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset Demonstrated personal credibility and trustworthiness Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000 per year Annual bonus eligibility based on performance objectives Additional Information
