What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts

Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals

Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns

Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as the company scales globally

Engage in strategic outbound prospecting to identify and connect with potential clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions

Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)

Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
