Responsibilities
Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
Manage customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing
Demonstrate a solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
Champion and embed the employer’s cultural principles as the company scales
Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and transactions over $100k ARR
Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%)
