Responsibilities
Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker
Function as the main point contact for the principal broker
Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records and buying office equipment
Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker
Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
Qualifications
Experience using word‑processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
High school diploma required
Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
Compensation $88,000 per year
