Fill In Physical Therapist – Eugene Metro Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a role with flexibility and variety? We are hiring a Fill‑In Physical Therapist to provide coverage for clinics across the Portland Metro, stepping in when team members are out on vacation or sick leave. This role offers adaptable hours to fit your schedule and the potential to transition into a part‑time or full‑time position if you’re seeking a long‑term role.

We are owned and operated by physical therapists, with patient care always prioritized over profit. Our career path includes the opportunity to become a shareholder, and we offer a best‑in‑industry mentorship program with 80 hours of one‑on‑one time with a seasoned physical therapist. Additionally, our APTA accredited residency program pays the full regular salary, and if you stay with us for two years after completion, the program is entirely free. Success in residency earns both the COMT and OCS certifications. We also run a two‑year PT cohort program for collaborative learning and curated mentorship, and we emphasize a collaboration and care team model that maximizes each therapist’s skills.
How You Will Make An Impact
Providing education and counseling to patients/families regarding treatments, goals, and potential safety risks.
Evaluating physical, functional, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual status to determine patient capabilities.
Documenting all evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
Managing your own case load independently to maximize effectiveness of the overall care plan.
Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and facility policies.
Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
What You Will Need To Bring To The Table
Physical Therapist license or anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within six months.
Commitment to top‑quality patient care.
Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop theirs.
