This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tax Accountant located in Charlottesville, VA. The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and developing tax strategies. Other tasks include preparing financial statements, providing accounting services, and advising clients on tax planning. This is not a remote position. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and overall Tax regulations Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements Proficiency in Accounting practices and principles Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting Preparation of individual and business returns is required. Review experience would be a plus as well as the ability to transition into a supervisory role. Employment details
