Qualifications and Responsibilities
10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in clean tech, construction, or advanced manufacturing
Proven track record securing $10M+ in equity, debt, or public funding
Familiarity with California incentive programs (e.g., CAEATFA, CPCFA, GO-Biz, ETP)
Lead development of financial models, 5-year pro forma, CapEx planning, and investor-ready forecasts
Drive funding strategy including equity, debt, tax-exempt bonds, and grant layering
Manage compliance, incentive reporting, and state / federal applications
Oversee budgeting, internal controls, fund allocation, and workforce planning
Represent company in investor, lender, and public agency meetings
Salary :
$150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
