We are looking for Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant candidates. We are open : Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm We are closed on the weekends! We are paying $40 - $60 per hour + Benefits! Responsibilities

Treat Adult and Geriatric patients in their homes. Qualifications

Arizona NP / PA License in good standing. We prefer previous Home Health experience. Recent Graduates are welcomed, we will train you! How to apply
