IO&E Clinical Specialist - Part-Time - Boston at Boston Scientific. This role supports the Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) business within a defined geographic territory, providing case support for Cryoablation products and collaborating with the local sales team. Location:

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, product usage, and customer training. Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on the safe and effective use of Cryoablation products. Provide supplemental training and in-services to support product launches and high-touch specialty products. Assist in executing a proactive regional plan involving clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and service quality. Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions with appropriate personnel. Manage consignment inventory tracking, semiannual audits, expired products, and returns. Ensure timely collection and reporting of required medical documentation related to procedural device operation. Support the Quality Policy by building quality into all work and maintaining compliance with quality requirements. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare technical certification with relevant experience. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, travel to multiple accounts within a geography, and carry medical device equipment in a vehicle. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of clinical work experience. Experience in Computed Tomography (CT), Radiology, or Interventional Radiology. Foundational knowledge of medical imaging, especially CT. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be coached and collaborate with teammates. Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated annual base amount or range for this full-time position will be $45,000 to $55,000, plus variable compensation and the value of core and optional benefits offered at Boston Scientific. Actual compensation will reflect experience, education, licensure/certifications, and business needs. Additional Information

Position may be subject to pre-employment drug testing in compliance with applicable laws. Some US-based roles may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment. This role is safety-sensitive; pre-employment drug testing is required to enhance workplace safety.
