Job Description As an Owner's Representative, you will oversee large, complex projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully. You will coordinate with stakeholders and third‑party consultants to manage design and construction phases. Your responsibilities include:
Tracking design packages
Resolving issues
Supporting contract negotiations
Reviewing cost estimates
Conducting constructability reviews
Processing invoices
Managing change orders and disputes
Assisting in scheduling and coordinating third‑party contractors and consultants for data center projects
Qualifications You are passionate about:
Working collaboratively with others
Having ownership in the work you do
Using your talents to positively affect communities
Additionally, you bring to the team:
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, construction management or business
8 years of experience in the construction industry
8 years of experience in leadership or management
Ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close a project
