What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts

Manage customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing

Execute solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns

Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales

Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and maintain a focus on customer success

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts, specifically with $100k+ ARR transactions

Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers

Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)

Recognition for top achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%)
