Responsibilities
Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
Manage customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting to closing
Execute solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
Champion and embody the employer's cultural principles as the company scales
Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts with $100k+ ARR transactions
Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
Awards for top achievement (President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
Passion for the world of operations
