Position Summary We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is based at our Dallas, TX plant and requires a presence in the office two days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide product and service assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience from order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and warranty.

Account Management: Keep leadership and sales teams informed of relevant customer account activities, monitor orders using routine exception reports, and intervene to ensure smooth processing and maximum satisfaction.

Information Accuracy: Deliver accurate pricing, market condition, and product update information; encourage use of portal where appropriate.

Issue Resolution: Support customers and sales teams with inquiries regarding quality, delivery coordination, product availability, pricing, and billing, providing prompt and efficient responses.

Technical Support: Offer product technical information and recommend alternatives; refer advanced inquiries to qualified divisional personnel.

Collaboration: Partner with sales and operations to achieve a premier customer experience through effective communication.

Escalation Management: Engage Team Leads promptly for escalated issues.

Training: Assist with soft‑skill, product knowledge, and system proficiency training; support onboarding and new employee orientation.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and special projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing internal workflows.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

1‑2 years of proven direct customer and consumer support experience, preferably in building products.

Understanding of the building products industry and dealer, distribution, and/or two‑step channel segments is preferred.

Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in telecom software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
