Controls Engineer
to join our team. Reports to:
Manufacturing Engineering Lead Primary Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the manufacturing teams with facilities and secondary tooling program needs to drive the company forward.
Essential Functions: Support manufacturing team with computer software and program needs Work closely with Assembly Equipment Suppliers to ensure equipment is programmed correctly Works in unison with Maintenance Trouble shoot and resolve manufacturing & secondary tooling / equipment related issues Track & ensure secondary tooling is completed correctly and launches successfully
Qualifications: 5 Years minimum experience and knowledge in - Programming and Operating devices - Rockwell Software, Allen Bradley PLC and HMI.RX Logix 5000, Keyence cameras & sensors, Ethernet IP and Field Bus I/O Mechanical - Ability to adjust camera tools for inspections Knowledge of machine vision programming, optics, camera logic and PLC logic Experience with diagnosing issues via HMI or PLC Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient at Word, Excel Working knowledge of manufacturing operations that are relevant to injection molding and assembly The goal is to ensure that the plant is running smoothly and efficiently while also meeting quality and safety standards Self-Driven Mindset Required Hands on experience with developing and working on Secondary Equipment Fanuc Robot programming a plus
Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs. occasionally (part, boxes, etc.) Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a manufacturing environment Must be able to travel within manufacturing environments (internally and externally)
