Position: Baby Imaging Specialist (Hourly, Full‑Time, Riverside, CA) We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech‑savvy, and baby‑loving professional. Several successful specialists come from childcare, education, and high‑end retail settings.
How you make an impact
Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
Work as a team to complete a 3D, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of DSi® imaging equipment
Schedule new patient and follow‑up appointments in Intergy Practice Management Software
Enter and process patient information in Intergy
Perform medical office duties: answer phones, clean patient rooms, and attend to rooming needs
Qualifications
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a fast‑paced environment
Capability to juggle many duties while keeping patient experience top priority
Experience caring for or working with infants/children, high‑end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging
Physical Requirements
Must be able to squat and bend
Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
Must be able to position and handle patients to capture DSi® images
Must be able to work at a fast pace

Position starts at $19.50–$20.00 per hour with opportunity for increase after 3–6 months based on performance and tenure
