Responsibilities
Communicating with customers
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and help clients buy
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients consistently
Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
Maintaining and updating our databases
Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
Ability to achieve high customer satisfaction
Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Property/casualty Insurance license (we will help you get it)
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethics
General computer and typing skills
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
