A leading national property management firm is seeking a

Yardi Affordable Administrator

to support a diverse portfolio of multifamily housing communities. The portfolio includes LIHTC, 80/20, workforce, and rent-stabilized properties. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of the Yardi Affordable module, including compliance configuration, project onboarding, and system maintenance.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between property management, compliance, and IT teams—ensuring Yardi is functioning effectively across all affordable housing programs and supporting continuous process improvement.

Base Pay Range $85,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Yardi Affordable module inquiries, troubleshooting, and user support.

Lead training sessions for end users and develop documentation and job aids to promote best practices.

Support system upgrades, integrations, and maintenance through testing, validation, and coordination with internal teams.

Partner with Compliance, Asset Management, and IT teams to onboard new and acquired properties, ensuring accurate system setup.

Research and evaluate new software versions, plugins, and customizations to improve efficiency and compliance accuracy.

Communicate updates and system changes to business users and assist with training on new features or processes.

Stay current on Yardi Affordable functionality, regulatory updates, and best practices to maximize system use and minimize risk.

Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external software representatives to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Yardi Affordable or similar affordable housing modules required.

Strong understanding of LIHTC, 80/20, and other affordable housing program compliance requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and translate technical information for non-technical users.

Experience managing software upgrades, system integrations, and onboarding processes for new properties.

Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
