We are seeking PRN Medical Assistants (MAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our Pediatrics team on a PRN basis at our Mt. Juliet North location. These roles will involve direct patient interaction, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with our clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and quality care. Work You Will Do

Prepare patients for exams and treatments. Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns. Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments. Administer medications and injections as directed. Perform basic lab tests and collect specimens. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the EHR. Schedule appointments, manage referrals, and handle follow-ups. Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Provide support for front office operations as needed. Responsibilities by Role

Medical Assistant (MA)

Prepare patients for exams and treatments. Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns. Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments. Schedule appointments, manage referrals, and handle follow-ups. Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Provide support for front office operations as needed. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Prepare patients for exams and procedures. Collect and record vital signs, medical histories, and current symptoms. Administer medications and injections as ordered. Assist with minor procedures and ensure proper documentation. Communicate provider instructions to patients and support patient education. Maintain and update patient records in the EHR accurately. Monitor inventory of clinical supplies and maintain stocked exam rooms. Follow all infection control, safety, and OSHA/EOC guidelines. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Registered Nurse (RN)

Perform clinical triage and assess patient symptoms based on protocols. Provide patient education, care instructions, and medication teaching. Administer vaccines, injections, and assist with procedures. Document care accurately and completely in the EHR. Communicate with patients through phone and patient portal. Manage chronic disease follow-up and care plan coordination. Collaborate with care teams on clinical initiatives and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures. Qualifications

Medical Assistants (MAs)

High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Current BLS/CPR certification 1 year of experience, preferably in Pediatrics Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee BLS/CPR certification Graduate of an accredited LPN program 1 year of experience, preferably in Pediatrics Registered Nurses (RNs)

Current RN license in the state of Tennessee BLS/CPR certification (ACLS may be required per specialty) Graduate of an accredited nursing program 1 year of experience, preferably in Pediatrics Additional Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate patient care and a team-oriented attitude. Working Conditions

Schedule: 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month; 1 Saturday per month and 1 holiday per year Environment: Clinic-based with occasional exposure to medical equipment and procedures. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 25 lbs Seniority level
