Urology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Highpoint Health – Winchester, in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas, is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our outpatient Urology clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a supportive team in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.
Position Highlights
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Setting: 100% outpatient
Call: None
OR: None
Experience: Urology experience preferred
Support Team: 1 Coordinator, 1 LPN, and 2 Medical Assistants
Technology: Athena (Clinic EMR), MediTech (Hospital EMR)
Position Overview The Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient setting, managing follow‑up visits, diagnostics, and patient education. The role offers a consistent schedule with no call, ensuring excellent work‑life balance.
