24-Hour Available Services: Radiology, Laboratory, AABB Blood Bank, Pathology, OR, All Surgical Specialties

Trauma Level: III

Requirements

Active MI License

BC

ACLS/ATLS

DEA

Clean Record

Must be local

Min 2 years of ED experience
