who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.

The
Diabetes Dietitian Educator
has experience in diabetes self-management training.
The position will implement clinical and education programs.
Be responsible for quality improvement.
Research activities and be an expert resource for both patients and providers.
The position may also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs.
Team members in the position are required to get certified (CDCES – Diabetes) within two years of their hire date/transfer date.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2 years of Registered Dietitian experience is required.
CDCES certification- preferred
