Child Abuse Pediatrician – NYU Langone Health
The Department of Pediatrics at NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a board‑certified/board‑eligible Child Abuse Pediatrician for a faculty position. The faculty member will join the Division of General Pediatrics, Subdivision of Child Abuse Pediatrics.
Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and phone consultations for suspected child abuse and neglect for Bellevue Hospital and NYU Langone Health.
Conduct outpatient evaluations and consultations at the Frances Loeb Child Protection and Development Center, Bellevue Hospital, and the EAC‑Nassau County Child Abuse Center.
Teach medical students, residents, and child‑abuse fellows.
Mentor and supervise research projects related to child abuse and pediatrics.
Qualifications
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Pediatrics.
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Child Abuse Pediatrics.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to academic excellence.
Salary Salary range: $210,000–$220,000 (full‑time). The listed range is for full‑time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may vary according to experience, training, and market factors.
