Job Title: Credit Lens Business Analyst
Location: AZ - Chandler 3033
What you'll do This Business Analyst will serve in an analyst function within the Moody’s CreditLens System Administration group. This person will help to develop and update business and technical requirements for change requests to the CreditLens platform as requested by the lines of business, will assist with application configurations for various components of the system, and will contribute to change management initiatives by delivering training and communications.
General System Administration and user access request reviews and approvals.
Develop and update business requirements, priority, business impact and recommended start dates for in-queue projects
Interview various lines of business and end users to collect requirements and gain system feedback
Document and modify business processes and procedures as needed for optimization
Communicate timelines and set expectations with end users regarding change requests
Assist with change management initiatives including delivering training and communications
Assist with report design and management
Attend daily and weekly triage meetings of incoming requests with vendor, IT, business, and other stakeholders
Technical Responsibilities
Handle light application configurations such as user interface field additions, form logic, validation, etc.
Complete data mapping for system integrations
What you’ll need
4+ years relevant experience in commercial lending
High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, preferred
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and / or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and elevate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL experience highly desirable
Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Experience with credit process technologies (e.g. Moody’s Risk Analyst)
Ability to impact operations and effect change effectively
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $74,000.00 - $86,479.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned.
