This position reports to Senior Engineering Manager.
In this role, you will support business, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to ABB’s strategic objectives. You will be part of an 18‑month rotational program with the ABB Electrification team in Mexico. You will support implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services, participate in formal training, deliver assigned tasks and projects, and engage in team events to build a broad network within ABB.
Responsibilities
Complete the eighteen‑month rotational program with the ABB Electrification team in MX.
Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
Participate in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
Deliver the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
Contribute to diverse social events and team activities and use the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics with no more than 3 years of experience (internship considered).
Desire to learn and grow from diverse experiences and people.
Growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement.
Advanced English communication skills (must).
Technical knowledge in programming with VBA and SQL.
Hold current valid American visa (mandatory).
