Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Revenue Systems is a strategic leadership role that drives the architecture, optimization, and evolution of our revenue technology ecosystem. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Operations within the Finance and Operations Division, leads a growing team of 4+ specialists, and partners with RevOps leadership to ensure the systems strategy aligns with business growth objectives. The position requires strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise to architect scalable solutions supporting a rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy
Lead and develop the Salesforce Administration team (3 admins) and Automations specialist, aligning team efforts with departmental and organizational goals
Partner with RevOps leadership (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Head of RevOps) on strategic initiatives to drive decisions around technology investments, process improvements, and system optimization
Drive cross-functional alignment with Business Intelligence, Sales, and IT leadership to prioritize system investments and develop strategic roadmaps that support scalable growth
Technical Architecture & Operations
Oversee comprehensive Salesforce architecture and administration, serving as technical escalation point for complex implementations
Lead deployment and optimization of iPaaS platform with dedicated specialist support
Architect scalable solutions for identified business needs, incorporating team input and cross-functional requirements
Administer and optimize revenue technology stack including Salesforce CPQ, Gong, Salesloft, MindMatrix, and emerging tools as the business scales
Strategic Planning & Execution
User-centric design philosophy that treats internal systems as products, focusing on stakeholder needs, intuitive UI/UX, and adoption-driven solutions
Drive change management initiatives that support dynamic business growth requirements
Develop and execute project plans for system implementations, integrations, and process improvements
Ensure seamless integration across revenue systems while maintaining data integrity and a single source of truth
Qualifications
Leadership & Collaboration
3+ years of management experience leading technical teams, with demonstrated ability to develop and retain talent
Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
Strong project management and change management capabilities in fast-paced environments
Technical Expertise
5+ years of Salesforce administration and architecture experience, with ability to serve as technical escalation for complex scenarios
Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms, cross-system integrations, and revenue technology stack management
Experience implementing advanced Salesforce features (CPQ, Service Cloud, advanced automation) and integrating with tools like Gong, Salesloft, and similar revenue platforms
Strategic Mindset
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
Experience with budgeting and vendor management for technology investments
Track record of building scalable processes and systems that grow with organizational needs
Location & Travel Strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Southern Utah to work on-site at our St. George headquarters. Remote employment may be considered for exceptional candidates, ideally within convenient travel distance of headquarters (Utah, Colorado/Denver, Nevada/Las Vegas, Arizona/Phoenix, or Texas/Dallas markets with direct flights or short driving distance). Remote employees are expected to travel to headquarters 2-6 times per year for strategic planning, team collaboration, and company initiatives.
