Job Title
Medical Assistant / MA‑C – Primary Care at Swedish Primary Care – Queen Anne
Schedule & Location Full Time, Monday to Friday – Seattle, Washington
Overview You will support clinical and administrative functions in a primary care pediatric setting, including appointment scheduling, EPIC updates, and vital sign collection.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and update EPIC records
Take patients’ vital signs at appointments
Assist with basic clinical tasks under the direction of pediatricians

Pay Range $26.46 – $40.48 per hour (base rate; additional compensation such as shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, and bonuses may apply).
Required Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited medical assistant training program (with hands‑on clinical training) or registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
Completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant, including vital signs, injections, and medication administration
Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
6 months healthcare experience
6 months medical assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification
Other Information MA will work 100% with our pediatricians.
