About the Company Medical Sales company is looking for an associate sales rep in KANAS CITY, MO.
Territory and Travel Coverage: ALL of the MIDWEST. 70-80% travel required. Must be willing to be on‑site for 120 days at a time. Will receive per diem and stipend. Must live in greater KANSAS CITY, MO or suburbs.
About the Role The Member Enrollment Sales Representative is a new position, so this is a ground floor opportunity to break into medical sales. Ideally 1‑2 years B2C sales experience. Company growing at 15%/year and is the leader in this healthcare space. Strong communication skills that can work directly with patients (empathy, credibility, and persuasive communication skills). Will work with an Account Manager during a physician office transition to convert as many patients as possible to the concierge model. Will work 3 transitions/year which can be anywhere in the Gulf Coast Area. Will require to be at a location for 120 days at a time. Hotel stay and per diem allowance will be given. The amount will depend on the distance from the physician office being converted to the home of the sales rep.
Responsibilities
Must be willing to stay on location for 3-4 months at a time (70-80% travel).
Drive weekly sign‑up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by Day 120.
Own and execute detailed launch plans; elevate risks and ensure timely completion of each milestone.
Host in‑person enrollment events and deliver outbound calling campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Two (2) years of sales experience (1 year if you have life science or healthcare experience, even if it is non‑sales).
Required to work a location 120 days at a time; location to be determined.
Pay range and compensation package $55K base salary plus commission. At plan first year is $85-100K
