Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center/Express Testing, Baltimore, MD
We will consider at the CST I, CST II, and CST III levels based on experience.
Position Summary
Performs phlebotomy (pediatric and adult), EKGs, performs Sweat Chloride Testing (as applicable), processes specimens, specimen collections, and records/reports results; maintains established levels of supplies and inventory.
Responsible for initiating or verifying that proper actions are taken to resolve problems.
Maintains high level of competency for all skills and knowledge required.
Participates in precepting new employees.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent including high school level course work in biology, chemistry and mathematics.
AA, Biology preferred
Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of at least 100 blood draws as normally acquired through completion of an approved phlebotomy program.
Must be deemed competent and safe by the Clinical Safety and Training Coordinator in all relevant Express Testing procedures

Salary Range: Minimum 16.75/hour - Maximum 31.33/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
