2026 North America Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program – Full‑Time
The Johnson & Johnson Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program (E‑HRLDP) is a two‑year, full‑time rotational program designed to develop experienced professionals into future global HR leaders. The program offers unmatched depth of broad‑based experience across the J&J operating model, a prescriptive two‑year development journey, and relationships spanning our global businesses, HR community and executive leadership.

Program Description Participants rotate through assignments that involve strategic collaboration with J&J businesses and functions at local, regional, or global level across diverse areas such as Workforce Analytics, Employee / Labor Relations, Talent Management / Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Global Learning Delivery, and more. You may diagnose needs and provide strategic solutions as an HR Business Partner to our business sectors, R&D, enterprise Supply Chain, or Corporate Functions. All rotational assignments and your first role after graduation are determined by the Program Office.
Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States is required; the company does not provide sponsorship (H‑1B or other visa). Students on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship.
Graduate student completing an MBA, Master’s, or Ph.D. with a focus in HR Management, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, or other business‑related disciplines; intended graduation between May 2024 and July 2026.
Five or more years of full‑time professional work experience (40 hrs or more per week).
Previous HR experience preferred but not required (varies by region).
Geographically mobile for rotations and final placement.
Fluency in English required; fluency in the language of the rotation location required; a second language is desired.
Compensation The base pay for this position is $138,000 per year. The role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and a sign‑on and/or early incentive bonus. Employees may participate in company benefit programs such as health insurance, a savings plan, a pension plan, disability plan, vacation and paid time off, as described in the company benefit plans.
Benefits
Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (56 hours for employees in Washington state).
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care.
Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member; 5 days for an extended family member.
Caregiver Leave – 10 days.
Volunteer Leave – 4 days.
Military Spouse Time‑Off – 80 hours.
Locations New Brunswick, New Jersey & Tampa, Florida (United States of America).
