Program scope: The Foundational Human Resources Leadership Development Program (F-HRLDP) is a two-year rotational program designed to develop highly motivated early in career talent into outstanding HR professionals. You will participate in rich, differentiated rotations, develop critical HR and leadership capabilities, and build strong connections across a broad organizational network. Rotations may involve working with J&J businesses and functions on local, regional and/or global levels across areas such as Workforce Analytics, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Management/Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Global Learning Delivery, and more. Responsibilities

Participate in two-year rotations designed to develop HR and leadership capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives across local, regional, and global levels. Diagnose needs and provide strategic HR solutions as an HR Business Partner across business sectors, R&D, enterprise Supply Chain, or Corporate Functions. Be assigned to your first role after graduation, with all rotational assignments and placement determined by the HRLDP Program Office. Capabilities & Requirements

Excellent learning agility – ability to digest information quickly, apply knowledge in new contexts, make connections across areas, and identify key questions. Collaborative with a global mindset; able to deliver results in partnership with others across geographies. Strong analytic capabilities to leverage data for insights and evidence-based decisions. Leadership aptitude with the ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively (in person or virtually), and integrate diverse stakeholder needs across a global matrix. Strategic and critical thinking skills with curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to challenge the status quo. Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided). Students on CPT/OPT/STEM OPT require future sponsorship for long-term employment. Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related HR field; anticipated graduation by July 2026. Master’s/MBA candidates are welcome. Proven interest in a career in human resources. 6–24 months of professional work experience preferred (including internships). Previous HR experience valued but not required. Geographic mobility for the duration of the program and for placement after graduation. Fluency in English; fluency in the local language of the hiring country required. Positions are likely in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL. Compensation & Benefits

The base pay for this position is $85,300/year. The Company offers a competitive, performance-based compensation program. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus and may be eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus. Benefits may include health insurance, savings plan, pension, disability plan, vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and time off for work, personal and family needs, subject to plan terms. Time off benefits (subject to policy): Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; 56 hours for Washington residents Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care Condolence Leave – 30 days for immediate family; 5 days for extended family Caregiver Leave – 10 days Volunteer Leave – 4 days Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours For general information on Company benefits, please see the employee benefits information available to employees.
