About the Firm We are a growing full service law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area. We are currently searching for a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join our team with a proven background in Mergers & Acquisitions or Corporate Transactions.

Requirements
Degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the New York Bar and licensed to practice.
2+ years of experience as an attorney with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or Corporate Transactions.
