Job Description
Handle complex real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and high-value properties
Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related contracts
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a collegial, high-performance environment
Cultivate and grow client relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
Meet expectations consistent with partner-level responsibilities and contributions
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law
Extensive experience with California real estate law and commercial real estate matters
Active license to practice law in California
Strong client management, drafting, and negotiation skills
A portable book of business is highly preferred but not required
