Key Responsibilities
Anticipate blockers and implementation challenges in advance, removing blockers independently and raising issues proactively.
Recognize and engage with interdependencies within the organization that may impact or be affected by your work.
Support product management and prioritize requirements for deliverable planning and implementation, ensuring alignment of technical requirements with business objectives.
Proactively and appropriately escalates issues to teammates and leadership in a timely manner, facilitating decision‑making conversations with stakeholders and driving to a conclusion.
Plan holistically, considering functional tasks, communication, stakeholder meetings, buy‑in, and change management, while analyzing trends to predict and prevent future issues.
Adapt to rapidly evolving, ambiguous situations constructively, working cross‑functionally and re‑prioritizing with guidance from leaders.
Strive to exceed client expectations, fostering a collaborative reputation and escalating issues early with proposed solutions aligned with program objectives.
Qualifications
Break complex tasks into smaller subtasks and coordinate with others to complete larger tasks.
Background in government grants management of IT and/or large‑scale federal projects (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage integration and coordination across multiple platforms/systems.
Familiarity with GitHub, Confluence, or other Agile & open‑source project tools.
Required technical skills: Python (Flask), React (NextJS), Storybook, Playwright.
Required education: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience.
Desirable: USWDS, Postgres.
