Enterprise Sales Executive – Philanthropic Fintech
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leader in
enterprise philanthropic fintech . This is a
remote position
with approximately 25% travel, open to candidates anywhere along the East Coast and as far west as Chicago. The role focuses on selling
charitable giving technology and managed services
to senior decision-makers at large financial institutions and wealth management firms. You’ll help expand adoption of modern donor‑advised fund platforms, planned giving solutions, and back‑office administration services that power large‑scale generosity.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Win new logos and expand strategic accounts across top banks and wealth managers ($250B+ AUM).
Lead multi‑stakeholder pursuits end‑to‑end from origination through close - targeting seven‑figure opportunities.
Engage executives such as Head of Wealth Management, EVP/VP Product, Head of Advisor Solutions, Head/Chief of Philanthropy, SVP Digital/Grant Payment Solutions.
Team‑sell with subject‑matter experts to craft solutions spanning DAF technology, planned giving, payments, and managed administration.
Operate with enterprise discipline: pipeline quality, accurate forecasting, clear deal reviews, and repeatable playbooks.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive enterprise‑sales experience in financial services, fintech, or wealth‑tech; fluent with institutional economics and risk.
Demonstrated ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex buying groups; history of $1M+ wins.
Purpose‑driven mindset and authentic connection to philanthropy, impact investing, or charitable giving.
Experience in PE‑backed, high‑growth settings with reporting rigor and scaling pressures.
Bachelor’s in business, finance, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
