In capital markets accounting advisory services, you will provide strategic guidance across technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures, and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational events that impact an organisation’s value.

Opportunity As part of the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services Generalist team you are expected to advise multi‑national, publicly‑traded companies & private equity firms on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, & capital markets topics. At the Manager level you lead teams, manage client accounts, focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Qualifications What You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
5 years of experience
CPA License (or equivalent local certification for international hires)
What Sets You Apart
Advising multi‑national companies on technical accounting
Experience with IPOs, debt offerings, private placements
Experience with acquisitions, alliances, post‑deal accounting
Experience with restructurings, restatements, bankruptcies
Experience with GAAP conversions and accounting complexity
Managing teams in a professional services firm
Innovating through new and existing technologies
Working with large, complex data sets
Utilizing digitization tools to enhance engagements
Compensation The salary range for this position is $99,000 – $232,000, plus eligible discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and personal and family sick leave.
