Base pay range $116,000.00/yr - $166,000.00/yr

Program Manager Responsibilities
Understand and influence brand marketing creative plans
Prioritize projects with Marketing and Brand Strategy based on impact, company objectives and resources
Proactively identify opportunities for brand building and x‑channel creative synergies
Effectively lobby and win support for new initiative
Plan and coordinate resource needs across multiple projects
Build relationships with Creative X team, Marketers, Strategists and Product Design
Lead partnerships with external agencies
Consult with other program managers and producers as a brand expert
Manage brand foundation and/or core assets (library of motion and static evergreen assets) initiatives and ensure successful delivery and implementation (inclusive of strategic development, brief development, design expression, research, guidelines development, asset distribution, implementation and brand governance)
Central point of contact for CX team, Marketing and agencies
Define scope & deliverables, team resourcing, budget forecasting and actualization at a project level
Manage creative reviews with key stakeholders and executive leadership
Prioritize competing needs by taking a broad perspective to problems and identifying strategic and creative solutions
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in program management at a creative or design agency and/or in‑house brand design team
Proven track record of building multiple large‑scale brand design systems that have demonstrably impacted a brand’s trajectory
Experience in a highly collaborative cross‑functional environment with product and marketing, managing stakeholder dynamics in a large organization
Experience setting priorities, problem‑solving and multitasking
Experience working autonomously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
Experience prioritizing competing needs by taking a broad perspective to problems and identifying strategic and creative solutions
Highly organized and process‑oriented
