Overview
One of our top clients is seeking an Oracle WMS Digital Product Leader to join their Digital Supply Chain, Logistics and Fulfillment team, as they go through a major digital modernization and transformation effort across the Supply Chain and Logistics enterprise. This person will act as the digital face of the organization, owning and prioritizing product roadmaps for Oracle EBS/WMS. They’ll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams at all levels – from warehouse floor teams, to coders, to executive leadership – and ensure current Oracle EBS/ WMS solutions are optimized. Beyond that, they will play a pivotal role in preparing the enterprise for its long term transition to Oracle Cloud Fusion. The ideal candidate combines deep functional Oracle expertise, product roadmap development, and technical competence to effectively partner with engineering teams to guide and prioritize efforts. Requirements
8+ years’ experience in Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, with at least 5 years focused on the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) (on-prem). Deep understanding of Inventory and Order Management modules, to understand how digital solutions impact warehouse operators and supply chain flow. Product ownership expertise for roadmap creation, system optimization, backlog management, and to give clear direction to development teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, to influence warehouse teams, coders, and executives to align priorities. Experience gathering VOC (Voice of Customer) requirements and converting them into actionable deliverables. Plus

Act as the face of Digital Technology, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives to align priorities and deliver value across the Oracle WMS Enterprise. Define and own the Oracle ERP/WMS roadmap, optimizing current EBS solutions while preparing for the transition to Fusion Cloud. Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) input, translate business needs into user stories, and prioritize backlogs to ensure the roadmap reflects real requirements. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering major features and product enhancements, engaging frequently with development teams to refine stories, validate features, and support design activities. Apply strong product ownership, problem-solving, and influencing skills to drive alignment, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes. Mentor junior team members, provide leadership across Technical Product Managers, and champion Agile best practices for iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Seniority level
