Responsibilities
Focus on treating patients with neuromuscular disorders such as neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), etc.
Opportunity to work in the Ayer Neuroscience Institute at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group location in Hartford, CT – a large multispecialty and multidisciplinary ambulatory site.
Work in a collaborative environment with opportunity to develop clinical research.
Perform electromyography (EMG) studies.
Participate in the NCS technician training program.
Collaborate on the neuromuscular clinical council to develop neuromuscular care paradigms, advance quality of care initiatives, promote patient experience, and find opportunities for research and innovation.
Help develop the neuromuscular ultrasound service line.
Qualifications Neurology residency, N europhysiology fellowship and Neuromuscular fellowship.
